Camp Ayenoweekan is an exquisite Lake Placid waterfront property situated on Brewster Peninsula on Lake Placid. It is private and upscale yet three miles to Main Street shops and restaurants.
The property has approximately 8,000 square feet, 293 feet of water frontage on one acre. The main house has three levels. The lower level features an exercise room with sauna, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and den with wood-burning fireplace. On this level you walk out to a covered hot tub area with gas fireplace and waterfall.
The main level consists of a spacious great room with wood-burning fireplace, chef's kitchen with side sitting room and TV, as well as a beautiful screen porch with gas fireplace, gas grill and seating for eight. The master suite is also on the main level with gas fireplace, king bed, walk in closet, master bathroom and computer for guest use.
Upstairs there is a relaxing loft as well as two large bedrooms each with a gas fireplace and their own spacious bathroom. The boat house has a gazebo, beautiful gathering room and there are two accessible boat slips down below for guest use. Exterior amenities include a lean-to, fire-pit, and swimming raft. Canoes and kayaks available for tenant use.
Please note that Camp Ayenoweekan rents by the full week only, seven night minimum stay.
